Last weekend saw Round five of the Schumacher BTCC series take place at the fast Mendip track. The XRAY team, as usual, used this event primarily to test for the upcoming national round at the same venue, taking place in two weeks time.

All weekend the drivers were treated to a dry and warm track which was ideal for testing and provided some great racing.

In the Modified class, after five rounds of qualification, Olly Jefferies set the pace and was able to claim the TQ spot ahead of Chris Grainger with Elliott Harper in third place.

The final saw a great, race long battle between Olly and Chris, with Olly managing to hold off Chris' challenge at every attempt, to give him and XRAY the win in the modified class.
